İngilizcede yakınımızdaki veya uzağımızdaki kişileri, hayvanları ve nesneleri göstermek için this, that, these ve those kelimelerini kullanırız.

Bu kelimelere İngilizcede demonstratives, yani işaret ifadeleri denir.

Those, konuşan kişiden uzakta olan birden fazla kişi, hayvan veya nesne için kullanılır.
