Looking Ahead to June

Deniz and Mert are preparing for a community event in June. By the event date, they will have been working on the programme for four months. Deniz expects to have completed the printed guide a week before the event. Mert is responsible for welcoming visitors. By the time the afternoon session starts, he will have been helping at the entrance for three hours, so another volunteer will replace him. They have agreed to take regular breaks instead of trying to do everything themselves. The project will not necessarily end in June: if the event goes well, they hope to continue the group. Their plan measures the work they will have done by particular points, while leaving room for future changes.
